So a few days ago I talked about Eating What you Kill, and how it is so important to be a “doer” rather than a “watcher,” if you want to achieve success.
That’s a catch 22.
I know, I am contradicting myself here, but hey I am human and I know that life happens, and “doing” is always easier in theory.
Herein lies the problem:
Do you ever feel like your brain is a freight train?
One minute a seemingly important thought is burning a hole in your mind and then the next minute it zips by and another equally important thought, or so you think, quickly replaces it.
I have to tell you, thousands of things flood my mind every single day, ranging from stupid things like, “How I look in my jeans?” to deep philosophical things like, “What am I doing with my life…?”
Its a crazy range of thoughts, and unfortunately that crazy range can really put a damper on getting anything of value accomplished
So what can you do about this?
I can tell you what works for me and you can easily test this out tonight. Take a look at how I make sure I set myself up for success each and every day…
After you watch the video, read this to get a game-plan together.
